On Tuesday morning we set out to see a traditional bakery / Boulangerie. We saw how bread, Choc au Pain and croissants were made. We also had the opportunity to make some of our own before being able to sample these as well.  

In the evening, Monday, the group were taken on a Night Hike into the wooded dunes. We listened for sounds, worked together and played some games as our torches led us around the area, 2 square miles of woodland.
